What exactly is Cocky Cards Co.?
We make greeting cards for people who’d rather make someone laugh than send them a picture of flowers and the words “Have a wonderful day.”
Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, break-ups, questionable friendships and everything in between. If there’s an occasion, we’ll probably find a way to take the piss out of it.
Do you make personalised cards?
Yep. Because sometimes “Happy Birthday, dickhead” simply isn’t personal enough.
Selected cards can be personalised with names, messages and other details before you order. If a card can be personalised, you’ll see the options on the product page.
Can I see my personalised card before ordering?
For personalised products that support a preview, you’ll be able to check your creation before placing your order.
Please check it properly. If you accidentally call your granny “Gary”, that one’s on you.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK.
We’d love Cocky Cards to eventually offend people internationally, but we’re starting closer to home.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay, so there shouldn’t be any nasty little surprises.
How long will my card take to arrive?
Our cards are made to order, so please allow time for your card to be produced before it’s dispatched.
Estimated delivery information will be shown when ordering. We always recommend ordering early rather than relying on Royal Mail, the universe and blind optimism the night before someone’s birthday.
Where are your cards made?
Our cards are professionally printed to order through our print partners and sent directly to you.
That means we don’t have 14,000 birthday cards sitting in someone’s spare bedroom beside a lawnmower.
Can I send the card directly to the recipient?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address when checking out.
Just remember that if you’re sending it straight to them, you probably want to make sure they know who it’s from. Unless anonymous abuse is the entire point.
What if my card arrives damaged or there’s a printing problem?
That’s not supposed to happen.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a clear photo of the problem and we’ll look into it.
Can I return a card because I changed my mind?
Because our cards are produced to order, returns for change of mind may not always be possible, particularly for personalised products.

I made a spelling mistake on my personalised card. Can you change it?
If you notice it immediately, contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
Once your order has gone into production, changes may not be possible.
So before pressing buy, check the spelling. Especially names. People get surprisingly attached to those.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible.
Because products can move into production shortly after an order is placed, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel or change it once production has started.
Are your cards suitable for children?
Some are.
Others... very much aren't. 😂
Cocky Cards is built around cheeky, sarcastic and occasionally adult humour, so have a look at the individual card before buying one for little Timmy’s seventh birthday.
Are the colours exactly the same as they look on my screen?
We try to show our designs as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly between screens and the final printed product.
Basically, your phone screen and a printing machine aren't identical twins.
Do you offer discounts?
Sometimes.
We’ll run offers, bundles and promotions from time to time. The best way to hear about them is to join our email list.
We promise not to email you 47 times a day telling you that THIS SALE ABSOLUTELY MUST END AT MIDNIGHT!!!
Can I suggest a card idea?
Absolutely.
If there’s something you think deserves the Cocky Cards treatment, send it our way through the Contact Us page.
We can’t promise we’ll make it, but particularly ridiculous suggestions have a fighting chance.
