Whether it’s a birthday you definitely didn’t forget, an anniversary you nearly forgot, or you simply fancy ruining someone’s Tuesday with a card they weren’t expecting, here’s everything you need to know about delivery.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Our cards are professionally printed to order and sent directly to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
That keeps things simple, efficient and means we don’t need a warehouse containing seventeen million cards saying “Best Dad Ever.”

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently deliver throughout the UK.
Our plan is to spread questionable humour considerably further eventually, but for now, we’re keeping the cock firmly on home soil.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Your delivery cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
No mysterious maths.
No nasty surprises.
No £97 delivery charge because apparently your postcode is located on the moon.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Because our cards are printed to order, there are two parts to getting your card to you:
Production time
Your card needs to be printed and prepared.
Delivery time
Once it’s ready, it gets handed over to the delivery network and begins its heroic little journey towards your letterbox.
Estimated delivery times will be shown when you order.
NEED IT FOR A PARTICULAR DATE?
Order early.
Seriously.
Birthdays have an irritating habit of happening on the same date every year, so give yourself a bit of breathing room.
We’ll do our bit, but once your order is with the courier or postal service, we can’t control traffic, weather, delays or whatever mysterious dimension parcels occasionally disappear into.
CAN I SEND IT STRAIGHT TO SOMEONE?
Absolutely.
Just enter their address as the delivery address when checking out.
Perfect if they live miles away.
Also perfect if you'd rather not look them in the eye while they read it.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE CARD?
Of course.
Buy one.
Buy five.
Buy enough to make your postie question what exactly is going on in your life.
Depending on the products ordered and how they're fulfilled, items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your card still hasn’t appeared, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Before doing that, it’s worth checking:
Your delivery address is correct.
Nobody else in the house has picked it up.
It hasn't been left somewhere “safe” that requires an archaeological expedition to locate.
MY CARD ARRIVED DAMAGED
That’s rubbish, and definitely not how we want your Cocky Card arriving.
If your order turns up damaged or there's a printing problem, contact us as soon as possible with:
Your order number
A quick description of the problem
A clear photo showing the issue
We’ll take a look and get it sorted where appropriate.
I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS IN
Contact us as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn't entered production or dispatch yet, we’ll see if it can be changed.
Once it's already on its way, however, things become considerably trickier.
We’re good.
We’re not chase-the-postman-down-the-street good.
